As a first time buyer, I was not aware that the driver's license I had posted was insufficient. They sent me emails, but I don't check emails. I check texts, but I didn't see a way to designate that. First time users should ask for ID procedures or risk a delayed delivery.

people can hate but...

they do their best to offer the best prices and have a lot of good deals. sometimes their drivers are late but so are non-legal places and who cares? as long as you get your weed! kinda mad they turned the 50% of high supply to 30% off but I can get good prices on the cheaper stuff. the more expensive stuff tends to be way over-priced imo. I know the experience isn't perfect and taxes SUCK, but hey we got to start somewhere and I think they do pretty great.

I understand the frustration. Taxes average around 24% in Fresno when taking city, state, and excise taxes into consideration. If you look for our daily deals you can find the best deals in town!

Weed Maps is a bummer

they sometimes cancel orders without even telling you, sometimes show up EXTREMELY late if not at all, the quality of the weed is pretty underwhelming barely ever gets you high and overall most other places sell weed at a far less obnoxious price.If you have other options for places to buy weed from, then I would recommend going to anyone but the Artist Tree.

Incorrect ETA, Lacking info for payment…

ETA says 30-60 min took 3 hours. I’m a medical patient who relies on cannabis as medication. When I called they started arguing with me saying that it’s not their fault that Weedmaps has the wrong ETA if that’s the case then fix it I had to rearrange everything this morning just to not be able to get my medication because of their “roundup fee” that they claim is standard. I’ve never had a $40 order anywhere else round up to $65 that’s ridiculous.

I order around 6pm and don’t hear nothing I have to call them 3hrs later just for them to tell me they cant deliver because there driver went on lunch not a recommended delivery dispensary bad service

Waited over 6 hours for a delivery that was supposed to be between 30 and 90 minutes. First time ordering from here and there was no first time patient deal. Will not be ordering from here again.

We are working with Weedmaps to fix our time frames to be more realistic, but that isn't something that you should have to be concerned with. As far as the first time patient deal, we have other options that make out better for the guest such as daily deals where you can get anywhere from 25-50% off select products and if you sign up for our marketing text, you should get a text for 20% off your second purchase.
