The product quality seems good overall, but I had a few issues with my order. Several items that were listed as in stock on the website turned out to be unavailable at the store. Rather than contacting me or issuing a refund, the store substituted different products of “similar value” without consulting me—including different strains than what I ordered. Additionally, I received only one lighter instead of two, and the one I did get doesn’t work.

Many thanks to THC Centre hospitality and experience in helping me find the right strain, and for the right price. These guys always have new products coming in. I've been ordering online from them for the past month and customer service is exceptional. They deliver fairly quickly to compared to other dispensaries. Keep up the good work guys!

I used weedmaps a few times to order from these guys. Great customer service and super friendly staff and they delivered within an hour. It was a little confusing ordering online for delivery at first but over the phone they made my experience great. Every third day I give them a call and tell them exactly what I want and they place it for me and the items are at my house within an hour or two! I would highly recommend these guys and can't wait to go check the store out myself. Keep up the good work guys!
