Placed my order, got a call a few minutes later saying they ran out and described an alternative they had just gotten in, so I agreed. They sent something else, I originally ordered an OZ of prime bud, they 2 big jars of Dab Daddy smalls, some crappy flavor with no smell or taste, and no effects. Then they did not send the free item offered in the promo, I called, they said they would text me something to use when I order again, but they did not text me anything, I guess I just have to trust them? They also told me they are the new owners, and took over just hours before I placed my order. And, the price was about 18% higher. New owners for just a few hours and they already destroyed the business, and didn't even know where the previous owners were getting their best, the Sour Power, and it will most likely not return is what I got from the conversation. What a disgrace.

The ordering process was super smooth, and I actually got a really good deal. Since it was a last‑minute order, there was a small mistake with the packaging, but the person handling the delivery was really nice about it. They followed up the next morning and corrected the issue right away, so everything ended up being handled really well.
