Took 3 hours from order to arrival to get my order. Yes, it was New Years Eve at 5pm, said they didn't close until 8pm with a 30-60 min delivery window (closed 730). Zero contact between the shop and I, no updates on ETA on the site until I called and wasn't given much other than the driver picked it up and I will hear something in 30 minutes. Took an hour and a half to get a time frame and even then it was off by an hour. I get shops are busy but if you're not prepared for the possible influx of orders that you can't deliver on a promised time or you can't manage your online orders you shouldn't be running full steam. To top it off the speeding delivery driver was doing everything in his power to guilt trip me into tipping after having waited so long that my friends took off while I waited and ended up having to spend the night at home. Not cool. Lastly the 2 grams I picked up from West Coast Cure are 5/10 to say the least but I won't be ordering from either again.
