This company was cool for the first two orders but my 3rd order was disappointing due to fraud. On 6/12, I tried to order an item but after 5 minutes of placing the order, it was cancelled. I went back on their site and saw that the item was removed. I went to place another order with a similar item listed on their site and within 3 minutes my order was cancelled again. No word from Sunset on why it was so I went back on their site and saw that the 2nd item I wanted was now removed. At this point I'm frustrated because on one hand a business has a responsibility to keep their website up to date but also they should reach out and update the customer for cancelling their order twice. For the 3rd time I placed an order and it finally went through. Today, 6/23, I opened one of the items and it is not the correct item. They sold me something else. I called them but because it's outside of 24 hours and after them verifying my pics of the item vs. the order, they said nothing can be done.
