I need some medicine to control my chronic arthritis. This is a great way to do that. The taste is interesting and the oil is not too harsh. For me the medicine works in about 15 minutes, after 30 I'm doing great. I use this oil at night to help me get to sleep and stay there until I wake up. I use a CBD product during the day.
