Hey Aaron, your review is inaccurate as we replaced the pod, and we have the text messages to prove so. You texted us at 9:16pm and we promptly responded at 9:17pm. You even mentioned how appreciative you were that we were replacing the item with a different flavor of your choice. Please refrain from leaving false reviews as we take pride in making sure that our customers are satisfied. All of our items come from a licensed distributor, which is why we said to set aside the pod you are unsatisfied with so we can send it back to the manufacturer.
