Hi Brandon, we're terribly sorry you feel this way but based on the texts that we exchanged that's definitely not how it went. With every order we send a confirmation text that clearly indicates the form of payments that we accept. The driver arrived within an hour which is well within the promised time. We called you 6 times and sent numerous texts. When we finally decided that there was no getting ahold of you, we went ahead and cancelled the order. When you FINALLLLLLY called back and apologized that YOU were not paying attention to your phone, you asked if it was possible to redeliver the order and said that this time you will pay attention to your phone. Mind you, this was passed our delivery hours, and we were doing YOU the favor of coming back. When the delivery was attempted, you came out with a debit card. This is not our mistake as you were STILL not paying attention to your phone. What more was the driver supposed to tell you considering you made him wait 45 minutes?
