my tincture purchase
So I've purchase a tincture thru WM before and loved it. BUUUT, this time I was shopping around and found another brand and it was a lot more expensive and it was lemon pledge flavored, and the feel is and almost, undetectable I have to use more and its even a lil smaller than the 1st bottle I feel like I was price gouged and got it from a snake oil salesmen club, basically never again with that brand, if possible I'd love the opportunity to exchange it for the better less expensive tincture, folks it was $75 for 0.51 oz!! expensive lesson $80 including tip, Shama shame hehe nah but Dammit Man! đłđđ

This is the go-to for my favorites. Some of the flower can get pricey, but the prices on the concentrates are cheaper than other dispensaries I've used and the customer service/dispatch is the best I've seen.

-Debit cards via our cashless ATM terminals with a $3.50 convenience fee per transaction. The driver will process the payment and make change conveniently at your doorstep. All transactions will be rounded up to the nearest $5 since the terminal operates as a cashless ATM. For example, your total is $53, it will round to $55 and apply the $3.50 fee for a total of $58.50. The driver will then provide you $2 in change resulting in the correct total of $56.50.
-Cashless payment requests must be made at the time of ordering. Make your request in the order notes or call us at 916-520-4512.
The delivery minimum for most of the Sacramento area is $50. However, we do use radius based delivery minimums for our other delivery areas, depending upon your zip code location.

We ask for all new members to submit a "selfie" shot with their ID in addition to a clear shot of the ID. If the address on your ID does not match your delivery address, we will ask for confirmation of your address through a simple process.
Due to compliance laws, we may stop taking orders before listed closing time because of high order volume and driver limitations. If you want same day delivery, please try to have your order in before 7:00 pm to ensure we can deliver it to you by 8-10pm. No new customers accepted after 7:00 pm.

Please be aware, due to California regulations the following is required for all drivers to complete upon delivery of your order: A valid government issued picture ID must be presented and you must sign for delivery to have your product released to you. In addition, we are only able to release an order to the person who placed it. It is not possible to order for someone or to have someone other than you receive your order. Prices are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note that we do our best to keep delivery times from exceeding 2 hours. However, during instances of congested traffic, high order volume, and for our farthest out delivery zones wait times can exceed 2 hours.
**Product exchanges** Should you experience any defect, damage, or problem with your product, please contact us immediately. Product exchanges need to be initiated within 24hrs of the time of purchase and we must be able to collect the item with original packaging to honor the exchange. The majority of the product must still be present. OPENED flower cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear defect. If you open a product, please note that we are unable to make an exchange unless it is defective/damaged.
