Red always goes above and beyond for their customers and to assure good customer service. My order was taking a little longer than it usually does for delivery they stayed in communication as well as gifted me with some giggle sticks to make up for the long wait. Their strains are great. They always hit right and they have a very good selection of sativa, which is sometimes hard to find. Top notch five stars very happy customer.
