They tell you it will be an hour to and hour and a half. It takes 4-5 hours to get your order. So if you want to sit at home for 4-5 hours waiting for your order, go for it.

Definitely not timely

Delivery was 1 1/2 later than they quoted me. Just wish on a Saturday afternoon when told 60-90 minutes and it actually takes 180 minutes they would have contacted me to let me know.

Bad driver

Nothing against the company the product just a bad delivery driver. Bad communication, after 10 minutes of them still confused after explaining 100 times and sending a direct location link I still had to drive to them and get it. Should've just drove to a club instead. One reason why I stop ordering from deliveries is the drivers and the communication! This put me in bad state and will no longer be purchasing from here due to this.

Anytime i need to order anything i always order it from Red Moon. They have the best customer service and kindest/ most reliable staff and delivery workers. I’ve gone in person, called over the phone, and ordered online and all 3 ways i’ve had a smooth experience and always been treated with the upmost respect and kindness. (definitely different compared to other places) Whenever i order delivery and Chuy is bringing it, i know my orders in good hands. He always brings the best energy and can really make your day. I’ve made mistakes when placing my order and i couldn’t have asked for anyone better to handle the situation, Chuy was on top of it and fixed it for me right away. Red moon is my favorite because they are all around the ideal dispensary, and that’s all could ever ask for!
