The order took 4 hours to deliver from their initial 60-120min ‘promise.’ The driver called me from the incorrect address and then realized he called the wrong customer. They said to pay cash to save a $5 debit fee, so I gave the driver $100 on a $70 order and he says “tips are appreciated and I only have $20 change. This ruined my very first Los Angeles delivery service, and I’ll never do delivery again.

To switch items out without approval is obviously a bad business practice but you/ they do it with impunity and what's even more is they subsitute cheaper products and don't adjust the price, and even then a substitute without approval is just bad business. But rest assured they will stress that you keep the incorrect item they sent out or won't bring your actual medicine, at least not in a timely matter that is convenient to the inconvenienced customer. I cannot in good faith order from them again, too bad because I do like their deals.
