Just had to share...
So, the last time I ordered from Golden Leaf (I order from them A LOT), the guy who handles taking the orders reminded me to leave a review for free prerolls/edibles. I politely informed him that the last time I left a review, I never received any free goodies, and he promptly responded saying, “I will double that right now for you, and I will include a free capsule.” This is just one small example of the many feel-good experiences I’ve had with Golden Leaf and their dedication to providing, not only excellent product, but top notch service as well. I immediately wanted to leave a review about this experience because I thought it was so thoughtful for the employee to, without question, act to remedy the experience I had previously. They care about their clients having a positive experience throughout, while other dispensaries are so confident that their customers will come back just for the product that they sacrifice quality service. I think both is important, always.
