It was really being IGNORED and LIED to about the delivery that got me… Placed an order around 530P sent a txt to confirm an ETA 634P no response…. Ooookay??? 720P I call the other number provided and MO answers says the standard “we are really busy this happens etc” ok fine. Understood that when I seen the delivery prompt. Then confirms my phone number and says driver is roughly 30 mins out to me. PERFECT. Or you would think right!?! Wrong!!!! So very wrong. Apparently someone was OUTSIDE MY HOUSE trying to “reach me” and couldn’t get ahold of me and left. I didn’t know this cuz I called/txt them about 835P (other number replies finally + confirms the same thing) to ask and they said all this BS. 50% off won’t cover this up guys. Do better. Absolute worst service ever received. You have been warned!!!! From 9P they said another 35-40mins for delivery… what a JOKE!

Horrible customer service
This has to be the worst delivery service in the inland empire🤡I placed an order at 7pm was told my eta would be an hour. It’s currently 10:10pm and just now have received an eta of between 30 and 40 minutes smh. After trying to call and being sent to VM several times I was told by dispatch that she would contact driver and have delivery done 🤔hell nah more lip service 3 and a half hours later I still do not have my order. Or even customer service this is the worst

First of all they are hella cool and chill, always come on time and take care of their patients.
