Charged to much

Charged me 10 more dollars than I was supposed to pay

Order arrived at 6:45. I called to say item was missing. They said 30-45 min. 2 hours later I call. They say 30-45 min. I call at 9:55 before close. They say tomorrow at 9am. I call at 9:20. They say they’ll call right back. It’s 9:50 and I am no closer to getting the product. No word. Nothing. The guy was nice on the phone, but nothing ever happens. I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do now. Update: it’s 11:45. Still nothing. Update: they said it’s out for delivery. Then 10 minutes later the driver calls and asks which one it is so he can hit the road. Now they’re flat out lying.
