I've been a customer for years. One day, I order half an ounce. They rescheduled it to the next day. They didn't have what I was asking for so they replaced it with something else. The bag I received has a bag of extra weed in it, and I thought it was a gift for the hassle. No. They demanded I pay for the weed despite I already opened the bag. I insisted I don't have any money right now and I'm currently dealing with a swollen ankle, have the boss call me and I'll pay him back the missing $30, since they made a mistake. No message or call. I call back next day, I'm blocked. I call the boss on another number and leave a message explaining that maybe it was a gift from God but if not I'm willing to pay for it. Blocked. No desire to take accountability, neither a respect for a customer that's been shopping for years with them. Really bad experience knowing that I can't get weed from my favorite dealer, because he's likely too intoxicated to realize how poorly he is treating me. Thanks tho
