1) This delivery service SUCKS. You can never get a hold of someone when you call. Their answering service cycles you through the options over and over. 2) I ordered three AIO Turn pens from them, two of them have been defective. They directed me to the manufacturer instead of even answering my phone calls. Save your money and go to elemental or purple lotus.
