I placed my order at 12:40 and at 5:05 was told had 2 more orders ahead of me still. That I'd the worst service I've ever dealt with. I had to just cancel order. So ridiculous.

So I have been a customer for quite some time, I use this service because I am on Social Security, and their pricing is very good, and the tree is also fire, for said price. I just tried to make an order, and they literally texted me back Saying "Remove the negative review and you can order from us again." All because i told the truth. About how rude the budtender was. I explained i have cognitive problems due to my seizures, and she said and I quote "That sound like a you problem, I have other customers I could be helping." I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but that is very rude and actually mean to say to someone with said condition. I just tried placing an order again, and i quote "Remove the negative review and you can buy tree from us again." It was only 4 stars, Now you have 1 if you could give zero I would. Now I have to find a new place to get my monthly tree from.
