I ordered a 1 gram cartridge when it arrived it was leaking. When I called back to remedy the situation they left me on hold for 15 minutes. Then they told me I'd have to wait up to an hour to hear back from them. There was no urgency for them to resolve my situation. Overall poor customer service.
