Great customer service . However, unorganized. Most items on list are out of stock .Today I ordered 2 products around 9:30am and didn’t get my product until 1:12pm. ETA given to me was 2hrs” got it in 4 hrs” Plus they only brought 1 , my order was incomplete and very disappointing. Because i specifically requested that the driver have the ac on so the product wouldn’t melt and guess what ? It did the badder was melted and all over the seal plastic. I wouldn’t recommend using this business for your medical or recreational purposes unless you want to wait 4 hours and have your order shipped incomplete and melted .

terrible unfortunately, i ordered at 8:21-30pm and they didn’t get here until 11:39pm… i had to call multiple times just to get no answers except “ima call your driver and call back” w no call back 😐 i ordered early bcs i had work at 11 & twice the delivery guy “had something happen” and my time was changed 3 times… i only didn’t cancel bcs he was “already otw” & they don’t give change but don’t tell you they only accept zelle until the delivery man text you. i didn’t want to tip him but of course no change. he gave me a bs joint for the inconvenience & i will never use them again. terrible service overall
