Absolute worst customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They completely messed up my order. When I called to rectify the situation, they offered to drop off the correct items the following morning. However, when I asked where I should send a message to coordinate, the man on the phone told me to message him directly. When I questioned why I had to do the extra work to follow up when they made the mistake, he literally responded with, "with your fingers." He was rude AF, sarcastic, and dismissive from start to finish. When I called to get a clear status update since I live less than a mile away, he just snapped that they were "busy" and refused to give any real timeline. Save your time, money, and energy. Their mistakes are matched only by their terrible attitude and utter lack of basic respect. Avoid this place at all cost
