I historically like puff.. #1 I been getting delivery from them for years and they STILL dont get my address right which leads to longer delivery time. When I call the building they seem clueless and say their gonna fix it but never do.. Now I just ordered 3 eighths and they all All Shake.. Had I known I would've got something else.. Yall Fallin Off and yall need New Delivery Drivers.. Whoever is management over there they are Sloppy af! Nonstop mistakes but they never even offer to resolve, you just gotta deal with the idiots... No thank you for puff unless I can go to the building and watch them make my bags.. I spend Wayyyyyy too much money to have to deal with shady ways.

I absolutely love going to Puff Utica. It is the only dispensary I will go to! I live out in Clarkston and I don't mind driving here because I know for a fact I'm going to get the best service, the best customer service, the best prices and the best quality. I've never left Puff Utica unhappy! If you haven't been here I highly recommend you do, ASAP. I wish you guys would open a Puff location here in Clarkston 😁🙏🏻You guys really are THE BEST! 💖💚💖💚

Helped my father place his order from here around 4PM and came to check back around 9:54 just to see that the shop canceled the order at 5:21 PM with no phone call to explain. We’ve ordered from this dispensary a few times before in the past and the delivery times aren’t the best either.
