I ordered online, they texted once to confirm, but 2 hours later, no other communication. I texted to ask for an ETA, and they said the driver was already on the way, but no one ever showed up, and after more than 3 hours, they stopped answering my texts. Their phone number goes straight to a full voicemail or a non working number, so you can't even call them. Not very professional.
