Section 4c states: "At the time of delivery the individual performing delivery must check the identification of the individual to whom delivery is being made in order to determine that it is the same individual who submitted the bona fide order." If you ordered it, you must be the person accepting the order.
Section 4e states: "Deliveries may not be made more than once per day to the same physical address or to the same individual."
Section 3a states : "A bona fide order must be received by an approved retailer from the individual requesting delivery, before 8:00 p.m. on the day the delivery is requested."
Section 4a states : "Deliveries must be made before 9:00 p.m. local time.."
We will do everything we can to get what you ordered. But if we can not, we will contact you if we can not make it to you before 9pm. We have the right to cancel a delivery order at anytime, for any reason. But we will communicate the reason we have to cancel.
During busy times, delivery can take up to 2 hours.
