Ordering from them was a waste of 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back. And I never even got my order. I placed an order, and got an email confirmation. I called them to check my order was okay and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I called them 2 more times trying to get through and when I finally get through they tell me my order must have not gone through the system because they don’t see it.

Go elsewhere first. Poor service and communication. Strikes me as unqualified owners bumping their heads. Hopefully they do one day, but I’m not interested in waiting around. Service matters, figure it out.

order was never delivered. i waited 3 hours, called customer service, was told it was over another hour away and cancelled it. ordered the next day. no confirmation, no nothing. called 3 hours later and told my order juuuuust went out on a really big delivery. if you're going to order from them, expect to be doing nothing all day until they decide to send it.

Save your time and money. My first time using this company because I thought it would be a great experience, but NOPE. The guy came and dropped off my delivery order, didn’t give me a name, and the company didn’t send me any instructions on how to pay or the process until the guy dropped off my order. I have done Zelle with other companies similar to this place and NEVER had any issues. I used to work for a bank (Citi bank actually which the driver had) so I am really familiar with how the bank works especially Zelle. I sent the first payment while I was standing next to his car he gave me the phone number and the name and sent him the amount, he said that he never got it so I sent another and once I checked my bank statements today it showed that I was charged twice for the same order but when I contacted them, they said that they couldn’t locate the second charge and could not issue a refund. So I had no choice but to go through my bank to cancel. SCAM, save yourself.
