Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 1/2 hours before closing, I was told 1 hour then called again after an hour an 10 min , got told 45 min till he has arrived , I give it 1 hour and 6 minutes before I call and no one answers the phone ..even after taking my order .. no updates or calls .. not even a call saying no driver can make it tonight. Makes zero sense to have someone wait late night for an item that didn’t plan to be brought . This needs to be worked on .
