I placed my first order with Plant Galaxy last week and I couldn't be happier with their service. One of my items was not available, but they were able to find a great substitution for me. The delivery driver was so nice and had me review my order while he waited to make sure that it was complete. Super professional!

I live in a trailer park and only Plant Galaxy has managed to find my house. I even put directions in the comment section, but they never managed to end up anywhere except the pool. Also, they are very quick. I seldom wait for more than 60 minutes.

usually pretty good but this time not so much, pre-ordered online supposed to be 830 to 930 now im told it will be whenever a driver comes in now...wth...why tell me my delivery is at a certain time and lie to me...not understanding this...an update, alot of new drivers and theyre still learning the comp system there so i do not anticipate this being an isse...quailty is as good as always and the staff is kind and polite

I get it, you guys can’t label a disposable as a disposable item but it’s getting a little confusing when you want a dab vs a pen. I know it’s like this for every dispensary but is there an easier way to tell them apart? Also I’m aware of the “all in one” thing but one of my items just said concentrate not all in one and I got a pod which I just wanted dab

The original ETA was between 3:00 and 4:00, the driver finally texts me that they're going to arrive at 4:50, then they don't get there until almost 5:30, and by then I had to leave. I'll try somewhere else for delivery next time
