Let me start with the pros - they have one of the larger selections in the area, and they have a phone number with a representative on the other line (some delivery services do not, and it feels sketchy sometimes). In this case, it would have definitely been sketchy. Ordered at 1030am or so, automated message for digital payment - paid by 11am. I had an appointment at 1pm, and the site said 60 minute delivery. Okay. By 1230, no delivery. I called, they weren't sure where the driver was and couldn't give me any more information. The driver would call me. I pushed my appointment to 1:30pm, by 1:15pm no call. Called back. Now they knew where the driver was, and this second person was much more helpful. The driver was still 30 minutes away. I pushed the delivery out, left for my other appointment, and got my delivery by 4pm or so. Really great selection but make sure you don't have anything else to do except wait around the house/hotel.

Terrible Service - Completely Unprofessional

This was one of the worst experiences Iāve had with a dispensary. I placed a $100 order, and it took five hours to deliverāeven though I live just a mile away from their shop. I called every hour, and each time I was told, āthe driver just left,ā which turned out to be a complete lie. Then I find out the driver actually didnāt leave until 5 PMāwhen their shop was closing. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, when the driver finally left, they texted me saying it would take 45 minutes to arrive at my house, even though Iām only a mile away. The lack of urgency and respect for customers is appalling. The people answering the phones were dismissive and clearly didnāt care about the delays or my experience. If you value your time or basic customer service, avoid this place. Theyāre unprofessional, unreliable, and have no regard for their customers.

Ordered at 12:30 didnāt receive nothing called at 2 said she didnāt know where the delivery driver was at got a notification at 3 that my order is on the way then get a call saying actually your order has been cancelled. Safe yourself the time and go somewhere else.
