Delivery service 3 and half hours later .... I'm from Manteca and sitting in parking lot in Tracy!!!!!
The office called and said the Driver will call us with time so we can meet them in Tracy. ( Already irritated but I'm a understanding person) She asked how long it would take us. we said 20 minutes she said ok. The Driver calls us and said he was at the location to meet. (The understanding person I am I thought ok miscommunication) We didn't leave cause we didn't know what time. He had to go to mountain house and will have another driver meet us. But why are we waiting in a parking lot in Tracy again??
The 1st driver said that they end deliveries at 6:45 (we put in paperwork at 5:00) in Manteca website says 8:00. You can drive to mountain house but not Manteca? For first time customer this was not cool! I went with them because they had Brass Knuckles were $50 on special today.
But with all this unnecessary stuff and me driving to Tracy I should of stuck with someone else.

Yesterday I wrote my first negative review on PFC as I was just so shocked at the whole thing from start to being late to having to call and made me feel like I was more of a pain than a patient. This happened on Wednesday but wrote review the yesterday because I was so upset about it all I am afraid would of wrote worse. But this morning I get a text message from Isaac asking if I was busy?? I found that wierd..... So I called and Isaac was SO CARING....... I MEAN CARING enough to want to talk about my negative review yesterday and John who I truly adore and Linda and Isaac Cared enough and took their time to discuss with me what had happened I was honest and told them cuz this wasn't the first time something has happened but I just let it go. This time I had to say something cuz I spend a lot of money for my meds and I have and still will be Their LOYAL customer. All because of Isaac and John CARING so much and over compensated me. I feel like maybe I really do matter??? Thank you!!
Yesterday I called at 10:00 am when they opened and made a order to be delivered at 4:00 For starters I have been a Faithful and Loyal customer for over a year. But yesterday there was no excuse for how they made me feel over the phone. I had to FINALLY call at 4:15 who ever was on the phone said "Oh it should of went out on the last pick up but NO...... So unprofessional while I Am on the phone and hear him talking to a driver and asked him to take it out to me. It sounded like a problem just to deliver my order!!! Finally my ordered arrived at 4:30 Time was not the biggest problem but the way they made me feel while I am on the phone listening to all this B.S. If any of your drivers have a problem delivering to me ON TIME. Then I don't have to order from you. Because there was no compensation for the late delivery. As if I didn't call I probably would of NEVER got my order. Disappointed beyond words!!!!!!
