The product was quality interesting the consistency of the waxes and the potency was high shelf for price. I ordered 1/2 past 10 maybe and the driver was here past 12 the cutoff window for orders is twelve I messaged a ton do you need ID 🪪 and do you need more delivery instruction like what car do you drive should I get in the back or should you get out. I'm familiar with in person dispensary more. The driver drove all around trying to get me cash the dumbest thing I had cash back earlier in preparation of the week but got hidden behind receipts all I found is cash like 18 in 5 and 1. Later after 2 711s the Russian dropped me off on the side of the road because I found 60 from the store earlier man 711 was crowded. I bumped the door on the way out and apologized for the 7th time likely he thought I was a scammer I truly am sorry it took so long they said he had about 5 deliveries and It had gotten very late. I was visiting out of town and placed an order which was received after 90 minutes. The order had incorrect product of lessor value and the solution provided was to wait about 120 mins for the correct product or receive an in store credit for my next visit. I am unable to do either and asked if a refund could be provided and the incorrect product be returned and I was told that was not possible. Be careful if you choose to purchase here and don’t let the positive reviews fool you as I did.

I ordered it at around 10:34 PM and I received it 1:10 AM. I was told it’s going to be anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. The person that arrived was extremely rude, smelled like chimney, not very talkative or communicative, had a very thick Russian or Ukrainian accent, which is totally fine, but he was responding in a very rude way and every text he sent, he kept mentioning the tip in every text. Why would you tip someone rude like that, who is almost 3 hours late?
