Good delivery but when checking out via tap there was no tip option to reduce the tip... they were all set. So I did end up having to add $15 on for a tip. Keep that in mind.

Had a great experience with On Deck Delivery! Ordered then had to unfortunately cancel, understanding and nice lady on the phone. Next day I lost my awesome discount I used prior but On Deck was having a 15% deal so I ordered and they were quick with Delivery however I was still at work! Rep called and got approval from GM for spouse to pay and get show proof of age for my order. Will order again! Thank you!!!

first time order
My order got delayed but they notified me promptly and threw in a promo for the trouble. I was supposed to get a few dollars back when I paid with card but unfortunately the driver didn't have any more singles left :( I recommend checking your order before they leave just to make sure everything's right. I ordered a bunch of gummies (which was the reason for the delay -none of the drivers had everything so my order had to be packed at the store and then picked up and dropped off) and I got one tin different than I had ordered but I didn't mind too much since it was basically the same thing and wouldn't have gone through the trouble of asking to have it exchanged even if I had noticed before the driver left. Overall, good service and good products, just a bit of a rocky first experience.
