the portable card readers havent worked at my location for the last few deliveries. idk what changed, but i never had that problem before, and now it’s every delivery. if it’s a connection/wifi issue, then why did it work for months and then suddenly stop? it’s inconvenient and embarrassing every time the driver asks me to run around my house and scrounge up cash. i choose “cashless” specifically to avoid doing that kind of thing. idk what the solution is, but all i can do is give friendly feedback. it’s become a recurring issue with my account, and if it continues i may have to shop elsewhere. i prefer to use a cashless system (as advertised). if it won’t work, then my hands are unfortunately tied.
