Product itself is good quality. Grinds & Smokes well, big buds. Nice resealable packaging aswell. I chose this dispensary for their 30% off for first time customers. Pricing is good thru the site compared to nearby dispos. I was disappointed during delivery experience. This may be more on WM than the dispo, but my experience with delivery was unpleasant. I was given an $8 fee for wanting to use my debit card physically upon delivery. I assumed all fees were disclosed in total cost before delivery. When the driver shows me an almost $10 price jump I end up having to take some time to ask my bf for the fee money. The driver asked me if I wanted to remove the other item in a way that made it seem like I was majorly inconveniencing them. Between the stand offish nature of the interaction and the extra fees I just agreed and removed it to get it over with. I called the dispensary to politely complain, and the service worker was so lovely they offered us an item next time we ordered.

The order, drop off and everything was great. Super fast. Ughh I hate to say this but the flower I ordered was dr y and noticed there were so many stems. It was not worth the discount. Took too much time to desteam plus I couldn’t stop coughing: I’veOrdered from you a handful of times and it’s been okay, good & great. It was just this time. I wasn’t really satisfied and I paid quite a bit & Im just dealing with it but it’s not smooth. I will still order because it’s convenient customer service was great. .
