We all know that the product is going to be top notch because it's in a jar or a pouch. What sets these companies apart is the delivery experience. I forgot to tip my driver. And as soon as he left I immediately texted him telling him to please come back! When he said no I tried to entice him with a much bigger tip. When he continued to say no thank you I told him that I would put it in my mailbox and he could pick it up either after work or before his shift the next day. Instead of coming to get the huge tip waiting in the mailbox, he told me that the best tip that I could give him was to remember On Deck the next time that I had a delivery need. Very well stocked with several different brands. I highly recommend this company for the professionalism across the board and the very comfortable delivery experience.

I have worked customer service for over 15 years and to say I had an awesome experience with On Deck tonight would be an understatement! Thanks to Melissa for going above and beyond for me tonight. Not knowing my order was just slightly under the minimum, she reached out to me to ask if I would like to add anything. unfortunately I was at work and didn't respond in time and they had to cancel my order. She told me to let her know if I reorder with them and she would take care of me. Well before I could message her about my reorder, she messaged me! Again I was slightly under the minimum and she asked if I would like to add another pre roll, which of course I said yes to! Y'all better give that woman a raise cause she deserves it tenfold! I love this delivery service, alway a great experience. I usually try to get a little concentrate and flower and Im usually not disappointed. I didnt really like this last 1/2 oz from Marigold but I think it may be my own taste buds and not an actual problem with the ganja. Thanks though I really enjoy ordering from here.
