Bad Cartridge and change of order at last minute

The Nu Cannabis Jet Fuel live resin Cartridge was terrible and barely smokes, tastes like butane. The driver said he was out of what I ordered and got something I really didn't want. They really should let people know before they go out for delivery that they don't have what was ordered so changes can be made or cancelling of the order could be done. This happened to my last order so safe to say done with these guys.
