Man I placed an order for delivery. I ended up canceling. Took over an hour and after waiting an hour I called and was told my order was still at the store. Mind you they’re only 18mins from me AND they failed to deliver within the delivery window selected online

Some guy named Brandon answered the phone when I asked about my order and hung up on me saying sorry we're closed without giving me a chance to respond. I don't usually write bad reviews but if that's he wants to ask in customer service he needs more practice or moved to a different position.
