Amazing customer service!

Let me start off by saying the customer service I received was on point! I work in retail and Chris was exceptional! Called and got my order placed within minutes of sending a text of my ID and address with what I wanted to purchase. QUICK AND EFFICIENT. Nexus was great especially for someone who gets off at 8:30 and typically misses the 9pm windows for other deliveries. If it wasn’t for nexus honestly I would be waiting for tomorrow evening to place an order :/ so with that being said… AMAZING. I will leave a second review for the 🌲 i bought. But this one’s for you CHRIS! I will definitely continue ordering from them!

Fast delivery. Old Product.

First off let me just say this was the best delivery I’ve ever had. Start to finish was an hour and half including setting up the account. The driver didn’t get lost, which was a first. I got a reasonable delivery window and the driver was on time. Now the bad. I ordered some wax and Glass House Farms flower. The wax is good, fresh stuff, smokes great. The flower however was almost a year old. It was packaged on 10/04/2021. I had the same brand of flower from another delivery service and theirs was packaged two months ago. The weed is still smokable but a little more dry than I expected. Definitely wish it was a little fresher though.

Drivers do not deliver to door, no points system

Warning, the drivers won’t actually deliver to your door, which they just told me is their policy today after months of ordering and them coming to my door. Driver parked illegally on the Main Street and I had to walk through bushes to get to his car. If you are disabled or can’t leave your house when they come, you’re out of luck with them. Also spent about $1,000 in the last few months only for them to inform me there’s no points system, no discounts for repeat customers. They obviously do not value their customers. There’s TONS of other places to shop which I will be doing

Bad business

(This is now the second time in a row this has happened) I waited almost 2 hours to be told I was overlooked, after sending several messages asking for the status of my order (well before 10:00pm) and repeatedly asking if it was received and coming with zero response between 8:30 pm an 10:00 pm.. I was finally contacted at exactly 10:01 conveniently one minute after the delivery cut off time at 10:00. I was told they didn’t see my order an aren’t allowed to send any orders out after 10 even though my order was placed at 8:20 pm. So basically I waited for something that was never coming, an had no intention of bringing it from the jump. This was almost my 10th order an I will not be returning to Nexus. This was the most disappointing an unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company let alone a delivery service that’s apparently striving to be the best… if I could give less than a star I would..
