This was my third time ordering from nexus, they have a good selection and the pricing is comparable to other delivery dispensaries. I will however no longer be ordering from them, the deliveries state 30-60 minutes. But I am now waiting 2 1/2 hours, the only reason I knew is because I called them. No communication about the extension, they took my payment and then nothing. The past two delivery drivers refused to leave their cars on the street and make you walk out to them (regardless of how much you tip). I wish this part of their business was better/more consistent.

I ordered 2 turn pods One was live resin for my pod pack and when I opened the bag, I had one pod and a full-size vape. I did not order a full size vape I ordered two pods one live resin. The delivery driver didn’t say anything about the full-size vape like they had to replace it, etc..

Incorrect Item given

I placed an order for 3 different types of flower. One of the strains that I ordered, the Black Cherry Gelato from Dime Bag, was not included in the order. However, i was given a Black Cherry Gelato vape cartridge from Calibis Farms. I do not use vape cartridges, so i have no use for this item i was incorrectly given.

Driveway delivery

Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t have the drivers come deliver your order to your door, they just sit at the end of your driveway and wait for you to stop cooking dinner or whatever you’re doing in the house to come pick it up. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Turn vape pen isn’t working

The gummies were really good, but the Turn vape pen never worked. The packaging says it should work out of the bag, but it doesn’t actually turn on when you inhale. I charged it for awhile thinking the battery might be dead but nothing changed, the led doesn’t light up and the pen doesn’t actually heat up / hit. It seems like the battery is just dead.
