I was given a 2 hour delivery window in the middle of a random weekday, and they were still an hour late. There was very little communication, and I had to initiate it upon them being late without any word. I wish any kind of discount or compensation/coupon was offered. I was very disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from here again.
