the manage is rude wasted my time been ordering for months never had a problem with delivery until tonight 😡 they have been delivering for months until now knowing I have an eyesight issue. told me I was gonna get my stuff by 7 she waited till 10 mins to 7 to tell me they can't deliver. she's the only 1 that has a problem with me.

Fr Van Nuys the TOTAL taxes with excise, city and state taxes is 34.5% which is high enough. Tell me why this place charges 42.55? Tell me why my totals are 25 higher on the site? You guys are what make the industry shady af! You got the privilege to sell pot at huge mark ups. Buts thats not enough you have to gouge the customer for additional taxes?

Hello, We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the taxes. As of January 1, 2023 all dispensaries are required to charge customers excise tax on the gross total. This means that the excise tax is not charged on the subtotal, like the city and state tax, but is charged on the total after those taxes are applied. To help offset this cost, we did lower our prices on the first of the year as well. Unfortunately, Weedmaps does not always calculate the taxes at the correct rate, if at all, which is stated on the cart page as well as the checkout, which is why there was a difference in taxes on our site versus Weedmaps. We do our best to provide affordable cannabis while operating within compliance of all regulations, including charging taxes as outlined by the DCC. In addition to lowering our prices, we offer an early bird special everyday from 8am-10am and have sales and specials daily. This month, to celebrate Black History Month, we are showcasing select brands at 25% off as well as donating a portion of the sales to three non profits that we are working with.
