They only gave me 1 container of flower. I ordered 2. I *immediately* ran out to catch the driver but she was gone. I texted the number they texted me from. I called the number listed. He said he saw my order, apologized for the mistake, and told me that someone could call me back tomorrow. I thought that was weird, because they didn't close for over an hour. No one called me the next day. I called. He said she was in meetings all day and would call the next day. No one called me. I called again. Same thing. I called every day from the 19th-the 23rd. Today. Today I came in, and was told that too much time had passed and they have no way of knowing what happened so they couldn't give me what I ordered, but they could give me some "better" weed. Cannabis is medicine! I can't just accept random stuff when I ordered a specific strain for a reason. I should receive what I paid for. So, I with tip, I paid $75 for 3.5g and a shitty cookie I bought to meet the minimum.

After you order, you get some random text telling you that you need to text said stranger a selfie with an ID pic with no security or verification. This is absolutely not secure and a great way to get your sensitive info out there to scammers.

That’s the review. Hope it arrives. 1 star. UPDATED TO 3 STARS: Arrived 2.5hrs after placing order. Flower selection is nice, great buds at all price points. Just a customer service tip: please have drivers refrain from pointing out stains on their shirt because they were eating just before delivering a customer’s order, especially when said customer waited 2.5hrs for it.

Bad menu I guess

Ordered 2 7packs of Source Prerolls and a joint. Got 3 joints. I know I’m partially at fault because no one would sell the packs for $15. But the menu has it listed that way. And I figured if there was an issue or it was wrong on the menu, they’d call me. They didn’t. Order showed up with 3 1g joints which I paid for and took. Didn’t want to make a stink for the driver, who was very nice, but I would have adjusted my order if anyone had spoken with me. Good product. Decent experience, but a let down in communication and what’s presented on the menu.
