been trying to figure out how to get to customer service on your site, I bought in advance of a gnarly surgery and it was horrible. all dried out and did not get any kind of high. Total waste of money and post surgery nightmare. I still have 5 of 6 jars unopened it was so bad. will never buy from them again...

Called the MMD number and there is no KTown location. I called the Hollywood location and asked them if they or another location just listed themselves here as KTown, and they said no and that they suspect this is a fake MMD location. Any explanation on that, or are you just resellers upcharging to make a quick buck?

Waited over an hour and a half
For them to tell me that they’re waiting for a driver. Estimated time is 30-60 minutes. All other delivery dispensaries are courteous enough to call with ETAs, confirm items, delays, etc. don’t expect this from them. I had to call after waiting an hour and a half for them to give me that update. Terrible service and honestly overpriced. I was just going out of convenience but that won’t be happening cause it’s obviously not convenient. Beware. You may have a different experience but I don’t recommend. This is a place for out of towners or tourists. You can find better prices and delivery service elsewhere.
