DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
All regions require a $25 (pre-tax) minimum for delivery, with a $7.50 service charge. Once the order reaches $50 (pre-tax), we can waive the service charge.
Exceptions are for Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Hollister and Los Gatos South of the Lexington Reservoir — there will be a $50 (pre-tax) minimum for delivery with a $7.50 service charge. Once the order reaches $100 (pre-tax), we can waive the service charge. SF orders will be a minimum of $150 (pre-tax). Taxes are not included in the total.

RETURN POLICY
Flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates may only be returned or exchanged if the incorrect product was delivered. Products must be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of purchasing.
Edibles and tinctures may only be returned or exchanged if the product causes an allergic reaction, contains a contaminant, or has expired. The product must be returned within 48 hours of purchasing and must have at least 75% of the product remaining.
Cartridges may only be exchanged or returned due to manufacturing defects. Cartridges must be returned within 48 hours.
We will not accept any returns on the basis of undesired flavor or effect.
