Driver and customer service were great, and the indoor product I purchased was priced well and as expected. Unfortunately, the “premium” 1/2 oz seemed freshly picked and still wet, and it smelled like fresh grass clippings. I also had issues with the live resin carts—they hit very harsh on the throat, similar to distillate, and I can’t continue to use them.

Order was confirmed and accepted multiple hours prior to closing. 3 hours after my order, my order was silently cancelled through a dm, and their customer service treated me like I was the problem when I called for more information. Agent was snappy and said they would not deliver to my area despite accepting the order and it being within their delivery range. Misleading, unprofessional, and overall a waste of time.

such rude and lazy customer service. I ordered a couple hours before they closed, gave them a call back to clear up something with my order and was spoken to with such attitude. the lady didn’t know what to do when i still wanted my weed order tonight (my only day off) and said we can only do tomorrow because we’re busy enough. like i already ordered so long ago, im one of the orders your supposed to deliver to. if i ever order here again ill tip based on attitude. canceled my order without even asking
