Driver and customer service were great, and the indoor product I purchased was priced well and as expected. Unfortunately, the “premium” 1/2 oz seemed freshly picked and still wet, and it smelled like fresh grass clippings. I also had issues with the live resin carts—they hit very harsh on the throat, similar to distillate, and I can’t continue to use them.

Order was confirmed and accepted multiple hours prior to closing. 3 hours after my order, my order was silently cancelled through a dm, and their customer service treated me like I was the problem when I called for more information. Agent was snappy and said they would not deliver to my area despite accepting the order and it being within their delivery range. Misleading, unprofessional, and overall a waste of time.
