Ordered at 10:30 this am and got it 5:45 this evening. Bud is good but their customer service is lacking in a hugeeeeee way! Instead of asking the paying customer to call you back to find out when their purchase will be there, why don’t you do it??? I was asked to call back at 3 to get an eta. Then it was an hr after the given ETA. Customer service 101…if someone is paying for something be better on contacting them on their ETA and being honest about times. There’s a ton of delivery places in the area.

Faulty "promo" items & Exscess fees

After being told the item final prices 3 separate times I was told I needed to pay more, unsure how the fees were more. They were out of an AiO and offered a free battery. The battery stopped working and only blinks after one day.
