I was so excited when I found these and that they were sugar free! I was so hopeful… but it made my anxiety go through the roof!!! Started with 1/2 as instructed. Struggled thru the night. Waited a few days and tried just a quarter. Not as bad but still couldn’t sleep. Had the total opposite effect for me.
