A little bit annoyed with customer service and being hung up on. I called to ask a question about getting delivery asap since after I proceeded to checkout it only had later scheduled times available. It just says delivery between 30-120 minutes with no other information regarding delivery. Unfortunately I have to leave for work during their 1st available slot, which was why I tried to order early enough to hit their delivery window prior. I spoke to Austin who informed me that they don’t have a driver so they cant deliver. Understandable. Not gonna lie def frustrated after spending 20 minutes adding items to my cart only to be told they can’t deliver when online it differs. Then while trying to ask a another question Austin turned on his best customer service voice told me can’t do anything and hung up on me. I get that if a company doesn’t have drivers they cant deliver but don’t advertise it takes 30-120 mins when in reality delivery isn’t even an option for more than half the day.
