Placed an order the first time and they didn't find my order, after I had to text them first.. Second time I ordered was a mistake, I got no communication until an hour later, someone calls me and says "I'm outside" and doesn't even bother driving up to me when he sees me. Seemed very unprofessional overall, please let me know when you are on the way and receive my order.
