Delivery Takes Forever

Have ordered now three times. Estimated order time on Weedmaps is 5-55 minutes. 1st 2 orders took about 75 minutes to arrive. Tonight, order that included only 2 items, arrived 1 hr & 40 mins after placing. 50 mins after placing order, I still had not heard anything to confirm or that the driver was on the way like the first two orders. Reached out through text to see what was up and confirm the order was still coming. Whomever responded simply wrote "name?". Um, isn't my phone number attached to the order? Anyways, gave my name and was told the order was on the way at 12:16. I then get a text from a driver at 12:40 saying he had my order and would arrive in 20 minutes. Weird. They do carry a wide variety of products and I have been satisfied with the quality of everything I have tried.
